Street cleansing - Via dei Cappuccini, 11A(English) Antoher plaque devoted to forbid the cumulate garbage in the streets of Rome, that spreaded in Rome in the 18th century to discourage this practice.
As the standard for these plaques is in italian language (with a pinch of roman dialect), instead of latin, normally used for all the plaques in Papal States age. In this case reports only the public act, no details to the punishment for the lawbreakers. Typically ten scudi (The scudo was the currency of the Papal States) and others corporal punishments, not specified.
Peculiar, in this case, the explanation that the prohibition is for "everyone of any rank". May, at time, some nobles and notables tried to ignore the edict. This plaque is placed beside number 11A in Via dei Cappuccini.

(Italiano) Un'altra delle targhe che proibiscono di fare il "mondezzàio" nelle strade di Roma, diffusesi nella città XVIII secolo per scoraggiare questa pratica. Coma la norma di questa tipologia di targhe è in italiano (con una punta di romanesco), anziché in latino, normalmente utilizzato per tutte le targhe di epoca pontificia. In questo caso riporta solo l'editto, senza specifcare le pene a cui sarebbero andandati incontro i trasgressori; tipicamente dieci scudi (lo scudo era la moneta corrente ponitificia) ed altre pene corporali, non specificate.
